Firefox tab crash

Years of using Firefox browser on Windows desktops and laptops and suddenly I am getting TAB has crashed error messages and repeatedly need to restore them. What is going on?

FireFox does not support certain web sites.

If you go to www.regions.com you get an error and Firefox reports "Internal Server Error". But if you access this web page on other browsers like Chrome, the page loads just fine. This has been going on for over a year now.
