How can I request a new CSS property from CSSWG Specification to be implemented in firefox?

I want to add a feature request for CSS property `text-decoration-trim` to be a supported in firefox, however I am not sure if I have to file it as a bug in Bugzilla or somewhere else? Kindly advise.
